1. Ordering
By placing an order on TRIYAQ Fragrance, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We accept:
- Deposit + Cash on Delivery: Pay 100 EGP deposit via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, pay the rest in cash on delivery.
- Pay in Full: Pay the full amount upfront via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp after payment proof is sent.
3. Promotions
- Buy 2: Free shipping
- Buy 3: Free shipping + 50% off the cheapest item
Promotions are automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
4. Shipping
We ship throughout Egypt using Bosta. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your governorate. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.
6. Product Authenticity
All TRIYAQ fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit products.
7. Limitation of Liability
TRIYAQ Fragrance is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from the use of our products. Please test a small amount before full application.
